Structure: Articles should be structured appropriately with sections such as Introduction, Literature Review, Research Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion and Practical Implications.

Abstract: Each manuscript must include an abstract of 150-250 words that succinctly summarizes the key findings and contributions of the research.

Keywords: Provide 4-6 keywords representing the main content of the article.

Online Submission: Manuscripts should be submitted online through the journal's manuscript submission portal.

Cover Letter: A cover letter stating the novelty and significance of the work must accompany the submission.

File Formats: Acceptable file formats are .doc, .docx.

References: References should be formatted according to the APA (American Psychological Association) style.

Figures and Tables:: Should be clearly labeled and cited in the manuscript in consecutive order.
